Miss Saori Hydrangea, which won Plant of the Year 2014 at the Chelsea Flower Show, is available in the U.S. via liners through Silver Falls Nursery in Salem, Oregon. The Hydrangea macrophylla cultivar features star-shaped double flowers with deep rose petal margins that soften into white with pink accents. Hardy to Zone 5a, the picotee blooms appear on both new and old wood. Burgundy-hued leaves provide contrast and interest when not in flower. It maxes out at 3.5-ft. tall and wide.
