Millennials Moving On Up

There will be more first-time homebuyers in 2017, according to realtor.com’s Active Home Shopper report. The survey’s findings indicate that first-time home purchases could make up 52% of all home sales in 2017, up from just 33% in 2016. Most of these buyers (61%) will be Millennials, who cited marriage, getting tired of current living spaces and growing families as reasons for buying homes. GP
